Healthy Kids Program

At Cloverdale Crossing Dental we are pleased to be part of the Healthy Kids Dental Program.  Dependent children (under 19 years of age) whos parents recieve premium assistance through the Medical Services Plan (MSP) may be eligible for dental supplements through the Healthy Kids Program for up to $700.00 each calendar year. 

In order to determine your eligibility, please contact our office and provide our receptionist with your care card number.  We will contact the ministry to determine your dental coverage and arrange a denatal appointment for you. 

Persons with disabilities may also be eligible for denal benefits for up to $100.00 coverage every 2 years.

Please note that Cloverdale Crossing Dental Centre requires 48 hours notice to cancel
any appointments.  Failure to comply, will result in a $50/hour charge to your account.
