Cloverdale Crossing Dental Centre is looking forward to developing a relationship with you. Please be advise that we will do our best to work with your insurance comapany. Due to the new Privacy Policy that will be in place in the new year, patients are required to phone the insurance company themselves to verify dental coverage. We will be happy to send you a form that identifies the questions that you will need to ask in order for us to assist you with your treatment planning.
Also note, that Cloverdale Crossing Dental Centre requires 48 hours notice to cancel any appointments. Failure to comply, will result in a $50/hour charge to your account.
